I had a wonderful experience with this dental office today. I was very anxious as this was a new location for me due to a change in my insurance. Valerie, at the front desk made me feel comfortable right away. There was no wait. Mikey, who completed my cleaning was a treat and had a great personality. She was gentle and put me at ease. Lastly, Cathy was helpful with my questions about my treatment plan and brought clarity to my individual needs. Overall, it was comfortable and professional. Thanks so much. Based on my experience today, I highly recommend!
I was disappointed today but my many other appointments have been great. The staff is very friendly and professional. My disappointment today was because I misunderstood the nature of my appointment.
We have always had a good experience since we've gone to this dentist. However, recently the experience had been less than satisfactory. My daughter was prescribed an antibiotic to clear up an infection from an impacted wisdom tooth. The infection did not clear up and my daughter is having severe pain. I called office in the morning, 5 more calls throughout the day, was assured the doctor would call me back by end of the day, 5:30. My call at 5:15 went to voice mail, I left a msg, called back at 5:30 now the msg says they are closed and gives option to page the doctor in case of emergency so I did that.
