“We have used Profe Fix twice now for our appliance repairs. Sobir, the owner is the one who comes out and does the work. Since he does all the work himself, he has no overhead and passes the savings to his customers. He is humble, honest, nice, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and informative. His quality of work is second to none. First time we used Profe Fix, we had an issue with our ice maker. He repaired it promptly and his price beat all other estimates I received, by a lot. Last week our microwave had an Error Code (see attached photo) I called Sobir on a Sunday. He answered and said he could come by Monday morning to repair. He arrived promptly at 9am. My wife works from home and was busy at the time. Sobir replaced the fuse and didn't even have to bother my wife. We Zelled him the payment and our microwave as fixed. If you want great personalized service (hard to find this today) from a guy who knows his appliances, is honest and won't rip you off or upsell you, can repair all appliances and beat everyone's price because he's the one doing the work and is the owner, call Sobir. “My Oreck upright hadn't had a tune up in about 7 years. It was working well but it was hard to push, even through low pile carpeting. I looked on Yelp and saw that Whittier Small Appliance and Vacuum Repair also repairs lamps so I could get two repairs done at the same location. The technician that helped me was very friendly and gave me a quote for the lamp repair and he said that he would call me with a quote for the vacuum tune up after an inspection. I got a call with a very fair price quote for the vacuum a couple of hours later. By the next day both items were done and ready for pick up. The lamp works again and the vacuum glides more easily over carpet. I highly recommend this business for appliance and vacuum repair. Their prices are reasonable and the work is done quickly. Very friendly service.“

“Have only positive things to say about the staff. Super helpful and kind young ladies. I was mailing via FedEx. But had forgotten to complete a fingerprint on some docs. “Walter is on time and works very hard .He came back with the additional part on JULY 4TH!!.Not sure why others have rated low...People may expect his truck to carry all parts for all models - which is not reasonable.Walter ordered a part for my Samsung dryer on Monday - it came in Tuesday and he offered to install it immediately.The part was just installed and we will be doing laundry today . We don't expect any problems but if there are - I trust that Walter will take care of it. A dryer is an appliance ...there are only so many parts that can go bad. So I do not recommend SAMSUNG FRONT LOAD WASHERS OR DRYERS...But I do recommend Walter and his repair company.Walter seems knowledgeable, capable, AND AVAILABLE !! What more could you ask for.I dont think $65 to diagnose the problem as an issue.Its certainly a BIG risk for him that collecting the $65 for the diagnosis that you would choose to watch the youtube video and finish the repair yourself.So if you want a reliable repair - call Walter.Its NOT FREE but I decided his price was ACCEPTABLE !! After all - it was my choice.If I didn't like him or his price - I wouldn't be writing this POSITIVE REVIEW.“
