We rented an apartment unit in Park Circle East - Cupertino CA location (Apr 2021 to Apr 2022) which is managed by Westside Property Management Company. They are thorough professionals and did a great job in contact-less lease signing process (during peak pandemic). During our one year of stay, they maintained the property well and promptly attended to maintenance requests and took great care of all tenants. Westside Property Management has handled our unit (and helped us get approved for the unit) since last April. From beginning to end the customer service provided by them was outstanding! My husband and I are incredibly bummed that the previous owners of our unit sold the property and our unit will now be managed by another company. Moriah, Rita, and Steve are professional AND friendly! Also worth mentioning that they have a tenant portal that makes paying rent and making any kind of service request extremely user friendly. If your property is managed by Westside Property Management, you are in great hands.
