Jordan, the young gentleman took care of my needs and I was happy with the service he provided.But Kenny, the general manager was so great. I explained to him about my damaged frame. he took the time to inspect them and tried his very best to restore it. in other words, he went above and beyond to take care of glasses.At the end, I was super happy to get my reading glasses back in good shape. The optician, Jordan, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly addressed my questions and concerns too. After I received my glasses, he spent time to adjust my glasses until they fit perfectly on my head. None of my past opticians cared that much to make sure everything fits!

Getting glasses here was a super fast experience. Jordan was super helpful and gave me several recommendations since I didn't have any thoughts on my mind for what I was looking for. I'm not super picky when it comes to glasses so we were able to decide within 10 minutes and I felt he gave a good recommendation. The turnaround time for the glasses was also quick, they were ready in just 3 days.
