Amazing facial! Ask for Cathy if you visit this place. I have come here for about 6 months now and my experience has always been positive. Ease of appointment: They are pretty flexible to work with you on re-scheduling, as long as you let them know at least 1 day in advance. If you want to book a popular facialist as a new client, make sure you book a week in advance for the first time. The facial: It's great. A face and upper body massage is included. They also do your eyebrows. I tried several facialists and I like Cathy the best. She gave very good massages and I also like the way she shaped my eyebrows and exfoliates my face very thoroughly. I also find her to be very honest in recommending products and she gave me a lot of practical tips on how to make my skin look better. My skin has definitely improved since I visited Nanel. Thank you Cathy! The environment: This place is a hidden gem. While it is not as grand as some luxurious spas, it is neat and has everything you need for a good facial. For this price, I would say it is unbeatable. I went to some other spas, but they always charged add-on for eyebrows and they didnt clean my face as thoroughly as Nanel did. I would recommend buying the facial package if you are in the area for a while. It saves me a lot of money.

had acne, blackheads, red skin and big pores, but thanks to Christina, I have clear, bright, healthy skin with smaller pores. I bought the acne package (12 facials at a reduced cost) and went for a facial every four weeks. My skin improved with each visit. Christina took a lot of time to extract and then treat my specific skin problems. Depending on how bad the breakout, she creates a special facial which calms my red skin and clears up the acne. Not only is she very sweet, very professional and very personable, she is absolutely committed to helping treat my skin problem.
