I used to live with back pain every day. I've been going to Monta Vista Chiro for years and it's been life changing for me. Everyone in the office is fantastic, but I mostly go to Dr. Jeff. He does a nice job of doing both tissue work and adjustments. He is aware of where my back is easily "triggered" and takes extra precaution to protect my back. I am so grateful to have found this practice!

I've been going to Monta Vista Family Chiropractic since 2017 as needed to help with the stiffness in my neck and lower back. Everyone on the staff is friendly and welcoming, starting with Tracie and Susanne who have helped me schedule my appointments to all the doctors I've seen till date. I've had my appointments with Dr Kimmy, Dr Melissa, Dr Jeff, and Dr Ashley, and each time I've walked out feeling 10x better than when I walked in. They've always walked me through why the certain region may have been affected and how I can go about reducing the discomfort moving forward.
