This hospital is a great improvement from the old hospital on Kiely. The ER has always been kind to me and never left me with extreme debts for visiting. They always worked it out for me before I had insurance. All for-profit hospitals are kind of terrible. The insurance system is a broken one and being healthy shouldn't have a high ticket value, since all it does is build a society where sick people becomes something profitable.

I can say this much about Kaiser, I have been with them since I was still in the womb. 20+ years lol. Since I could remember they have been pretty good about ensuring my health is on track and ensure any appointments needed and or cancelled are done asap. Doctors are pretty knowledgeable and have yet to stir me wrong. I do think it is yourself who must ensure you're on top of your own health- 3-4 checkups a year never hurt and is good practice regardless if you think you're fully healthy.

Great customer service and facilities I'm coming to Kaiser Santa Clara for my annual check routine and I'm always happy with my doctor and her profession Highly recommend 5 stars indeed
