I’ve never actually gotten a Brazilian wax before meeting Rachael. As a first time customer, and first time getting that area waxed, she was able to provide useful information and kept a good flow of conversation throughout the process to keep me distracted from the pain. “One of the BEST decisions I've ever made was to get my eyebrows done by Chu. My only regret was not getting them done sooner. I was always very nervous to get my eyebrows done because I was afraid it wasn't going to look good or natural. Chu did an AMAZING job and did exactly what I could have hoped for. She takes her time to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with how your eyebrows look before she does them. She's also super friendly and easy to talk to! Her pricing is also very reasonable. “I came here to get my eyebrows threaded by Elnaz and she is wonderful. Her personality is so bubbly and sweet and she's always so positive and happy. There's no way she can't get you to smile. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded by her for years and she's the only one I let touch my eyebrows. She also does cuts, dyes, and styles hair (she did my hair for my wedding and I loved it). This establishment is very clean and bright as well. There's a large parking lot nearby as well if you can't find parking right at the front so there's no issue with parking. 10/10 highly recommend Elnaz.“

“Oh my goodness! Last night I had my third lash extension service with Aubrey and I cannot tell you how ecstatic I am. I found Lashed Studio after trying a multitude of different lash services, lash artists and lash schools in San Jose and all over the Bay Area. I've been getting my lashes done for almost 10 years. I started getting my lashes done when the industry was not really even an industry. Believe me, I've tried them all. Aubrey is the absolute best. Seriously. My lashes are 100% exactly to a T what I want. Not only that, but Aubrey is an incredible human. She's intelligent, well spoken, a great listener, a problem solver and really incredible at customer service. Overall, she's amazing at what she does. Next week I'll be trying another lash artist at her studio. I trust her teaching and mentor skills implicitly. Lashed Studio may not be the most inexpensive studio around, but it is absolutely 100% well worth it. You will get the lashes you want with incredible service. Five stars, 10 out of 10, absolutely 100% recommend.Side note - if you're looking for massive broom, heavy heavy lashes, I don't know if this is the place for you. I like my lashes accented full, but also somewhat natural. This has been really hard to find and get perfect at any other place. Aubrey knows exactly how to do exactly what I want. If that's what you're looking for, this is the place for you.“

“Update on my brows and lashes after a year. I hate doing my eyebrows in the morning, but when Jamie laminates them, I can just brush them and I'm ready to go. My lashes too! I simply give them a brush and they're curled and ready to go. I've gotten so many compliments about my brows and lashes and I always tell them to see Jamie! Jamie also does my brazilian wax and is always so careful when doing so. Always asking if the temperature is ok especially in the even more sensitive area. She always apologizes too when she pulls the strips . I'm sensitive to facial waxing, so I always bring hydrocortisone in my bag in case I forget to mention it to Jamie to apply some after the service. Jamie is always careful and pays attention to detail. She's never afraid to double check her work if you mention that something doesn't look right to you. Thank you jamie for always taking care of me.“
“I have THICK, wavy/curly hair and have never been one to put much time into figuring out the best cut for my hair. And I went to Terri without a clear idea of what I wanted. She was very patient and asked many questions to help clarify what was important to me. And I am so pleased with the results. She kept my length while taking off some of the bulk by giving me long layers. It's looks so good AND is so much easier to maintain. Definitely recommend Tonic and Terri!!“
