I came with a very specific question on the possible tax benefits I can get, based on different scenarios. Instead, I received a blurry sales pitch on a whole life insurance (which doesn't help in my particular situation and in 95% of other people's situations). Two hours and $200 later, my question was not really answered and I left with less clarity than when I arrived. Pretty frustrating. After less than two hours of online research, I was able to figure out what to do on my own.
