I went to this salon for the first time last week and had my hair colored by Tracy. Y'all. She did an amazing job. I wanted my hair to be golden blonde, and she got the color perfectly! She took my hair up slowly using a 20 volume developer because she said she wanted to maintain the integrity of my hair, and she was absolutely right. I have had my hair this color before, and it always changed the texture of my hair a bit by loosening the curls, but this time my coily 4C hair stayed the same, and I am so thankful. The salon is nice, clean, and quiet, so you are able to relax and enjoy your service without a lot of drama, and I appreciated that as well. I highly recommend this salon if you are looking for someone new to take care of your hair. I just found my new favorite stylist.

I was referred to this salon by an old friend, and in a hair emergency before a wedding this weekend . I contacted the owner, DeDe. Despite her being out of town, she graciously connected me with another talented stylist at the shop, Tracy. Tracy promptly accommodated me for an appointment on her DAY OFF! My hair was a mess--roots overdue, and my previous highlights weren't quite highlights...and were far from satisfactory. Tracy meticulously examined my hair, considering both my desired look and its health. She was candid about what could be achieved without compromising its condition, as well as pricing. I stressed my aversion to orange highlights, having endured that ordeal previously. Tracy reassured me, and true to her word, my hair color turned out flawlessly. Throughout the process, Tracy infused love and care into her work, evident in the exceptional results. Her professionalism, combined with her genuine concern for my hair's well-being, was truly remarkable. The salon itself exuded warmth and charm, with a clean and inviting ambiance. Tracy's hospitality extended to offering refreshments, adding to the overall delightful experience. I left the salon not only thrilled with my hair but also eager to return. Tracy's expertise and dedication undoubtedly make her a gem in the world of hairstyling.

West of heaven. The place to Be!!! I've been in California for 2 1/2 years and I had the hardest time finding someone to do my hair and couldn't until I got on instagram and found West of Heaven!!!!!. I started with Tracy G. & I'm still here. Tracy is definitely a perfectionist and just check out my hair!!!!. I love the way I was treated the first time I walked in. Tracy,Dee Dee & Lana welcomed me and I knew this is where I wanted to be. Tracy got to know me and my hair before just doing anything or what she wanted to do. Tracy asked me questions about what I wanted before giving her advice on what I needed to have done. Tracy is about being professional , kindness, taking her time to listen and making sure you're getting what you deserve a beautiful haircut, color and hair care. I find that all the stylist (ladies) are very professional and warm. The studio is clean and welcoming it's definitely a place to go unwind, relax and most of all leave out of there with your hair looking beautiful which for me makes me feel Good!!!!
