Was making my first appointment over the phone, however the receptionist seemed so scattered, unorganized, and rushed the entire process. It made me not schedule an appointment. Very unwelcoming.

Like most people, I have a healthy fear of the dentist. However, my experience from the very beginning has been absolutely wonderful. From the front desk, to the hygienists all the way to the dentist, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. I had a major procedure done with multiple steps and the staff has answered all my questions, advised me on ways to reduce any interest charges and still provides fantastic service even though I'm paid up. So grateful for Gabi, Yoshi, Rosa and Dr.Chen!!

So I hadn’t gone to see a dentist in awhile and was slightly terrified to do so, but the kind folks at Smile Max Dental we’re as helpful as they were accommodating, even as I asked them to tell me if my particular dental situation was the worst they’d seen or if worse existed. They assured me that there were worse. Side note: my dentist also tipped me off about possibly having an underlying untreated/undiagnosed medical condition that I would never have thought to ask my doctor about, which was not only thoughtful and perceptive of my dentist, it was also truly kind.
