words cannot describe how thankful I am with the service I received from Rafi autotech and he's team especially Carlos he took the time to explain to me what was the problem with my Mercedes-Benz CLK 350 excellent service He took my car without an appointment and fix my car you will save time And money they are certified by Mercedes-Benz and BMW. I really recommend them instead taking to the dealership they took care it . I received excellent service. Excellent customer service great price. Thank you very much for taking care of my car.

I've been dropping my car(s) off with Ronnie at Rafi Autotech for over 10 years. He and his team are always responsive and turn around a service or whatever else needs fixing as quickly as possible. And always with complete transparency and a fair price. I'd recommend them to anyone for any car.
