Absolutely outstanding service. My firm has worked with Nancie Brown and Associates for a long time, but this was my first experience working with them. I hired a crew of 8 to clean a home over 3800 Sq ft in the post construction phase. Let me say how strong my attention to detail is on cleaning, I'm very picky to say the least. This crew exceeded any expectations I may have had and did a phenomenal job. Everyone worked very hard, they were detail oriented and quite efficient. I'm sure they used professional grade cleaning products, but I appreciated that there was no disinfectant smell or anything that was lingering. I worked with Phil and Noe, who managed and oversaw the crew, everyone is very pleasant, professional and helpful. If you want to a perfect clean and are willing to pay top dollar for it, this is the service for you. You won't be disappointed.

Their staff had a professional attitude from the person who answered my call to the person who cleaned hey're rates were really affordable and their customer service was definitely memorable.

I couldn't be happier with their work. I hired them for a very detailed move-out and move-in for a high end client. They did not disappoint. I couldn't have been more impressed with their attention to detail and ability adapt working in a house full of movers. It was chaotic and hectic, but they were amazing.
