Friends recommended Victor (by name!) when I was exploring replacing my carpeted floors with hardwood, suggesting that I consider luxury vinyl plank as more durable and family/pet friendly. Victor spent considerable time with me exploring my options and answering my questions to ensure a best fit for my needs. I was provided with samples and once I selected the best fit, work was underway by his fabulous, thoughtful and kind professional team, completing the work in seven days! My apartment looks like new, cleaner and more spacious! I also appreciated the work of the team for taking the time at the close of each day to clean up and, finally, at the completion of the job to return my furniture to its exact location. Victor was wonderful and very knowledgeable when it came to all things floors. You don't always come by such nice contractors. Has lots of good ideas and trustworthy. Would highly recommend Victor and his company!

We renovated our home in Northridge in January 2017 and every time we walk on our beautiful hardwood flooring, we're reminded of our favorite contractor, Victor of New West Hardwood Floors. His crew meticulously installed a sound barrier and pre-finished wide plank oak flooring on our upper floor. They also refinished our staircase to match, and did a terrific job fixing the sub flooring. I thought it could never be fixed! It was not an easy job and they were great. It is clear that Victor and his crews are real professionals and offer excellent value and lasting quality.
