We appreciated Asaf, Cesar and Soloman and the team's work on our townhouse. We had a leak in one of our upstairs bathrooms last year that necessitated opening up our walls. While the plumbing was fixed within a few days, we had difficulty getting the larger companies to take on work to fix our holes in the bathroom, ceiling and wall. The work required included mold remediation, and reworking of drywalls, baseboards and painting. New Cali was able to do this smaller project, refer us to a reputable mold testing company, and work around our schedule to get the walls fully repaired and painted. There was a huge crack in the ceiling of our garage. We were told we needed a framing contractor and were lucky enough to call New Cali who did a great job. They cut the ceiling open and reinforced the beams before installing new drywall and getting it all back into perfect condition. They came quickly after we called, were able to start the work promptly and finished ahead of schedule. We were so happy with the work we hired them for a second job fixing some drywall in our kitchen.

We hired New Cali Construction after looking at several bids -- some that were replete with ripp-off clauses that we wouldn't go for -- including our own insurance company's contractor's bid. We had a major water leak in our laundry room/guest bath room that caused damage in that room as well as the ceiling and walls in the living room area down below.Caesar, the project manager, is very nice and professional. Had a good feeling about him when we met and I was right.Work started October 5th and workers came every day until completion on October 25th. There were no no-show days. They even wanted to work on a couple of Saturdays. Work turned out very nice... read full review
