I wish I could give 6 stars. Holden and the whole team just changed my life for the better. I came to him with severe Plantar Fasciitis and in a single session he diagnosed the specific root cause, addressed it, and made me feel like a truly healed person. I'm indebted for life and could not recommend Holden and the MetaTouch team more highly!
Excellent facilities with parking on the street, don't use the parking structure Meta are not affiliated. I suffer quite a bit from muscle pains and I've looked around for help with various places I highly recommend Meta both for massage (Ryan) and Workouts targeted to damaged or painful muscles (Jesse). Also there is always a warm welcome at the reception with exceptional organization and appointments on time.
Recently booked an appointment with Holden to help me tackle some shoulder and IT band issues. Holden provided an awesome session. He reviewed everything he had planned and talked about the source of most of my issues and how to be more proactive in taking care of myself. I walked out of the appt with full range of motion in my shoulders and considerably more mobility in my hips, arms, legs, etc! Highly recommend Holden and his team.
