I was told by a foundation inspector that I had lint under my house that was potentially flammable. I spent time on Yelp looking for bids. It turns out the problem was that my ducts were not up to code. Lions came in with an excellent bid amount and a thorough inspection. The rains made it a bit wet under my house and they had to return twice until it was thoroughly dry. They did a thoroughly professional job and sent me a photo of a leaking pipe affecting my floorboards. But that's not all! They contacted me because Southern California Electric hav an inspection program and light repairs that is absolutely free to its customers. Lion's came out and again did a great job. They did a great job with working with our schedules to arrange the service appointment. The service technician was very friendly and communicative. He showed up promptly and did a fantastic job. Price was competitive/reasonable. Definitely recommend.
I recently obtained the services of the Lions team to clean my HVAC and ducts after reviewing a few other companies. In my initially contact I found their administrators to be very helpful, informative, and were quick to check on questions they didn't know the answer too. Their prices are competitive to the other companies I called. After getting the details I arranged an inspection, and the team of Kevin and David offered great professional advice on how to go forward (as most of my ducts have fiberglass inside, and they were the ones to identify that and mention the concerns for cleaning). Eventually I hired them for the work. Even though my first appointment had to be rescheduled because of unforeseen issues. The tech and Lions team in general provided great communication and we quickly rescheduled. When they arrived at the new appointment time both techs were incredibly helpful, professional, clean (wearing booties in the house), and provided great service. They went beyond the scope to detail clean my intake vent cover, as I hadn't noticed how weathered/dirty it became. I received pictures of the before and after of the blower and the interiror of the HVAC unit to show the work done since getting on the roof is very high. Both Kevin and David's professionalism is some of the best contractor/techs that I have experienced since living in Los Angeles. I would highly recommended considering Lions for your duct/HVAC needs.
