Nicole at Culver City Lens Crafters is AMAZING!!! She provided outstanding customer service in helping me get glasses made after leaving mine on a plane. She was understanding and patient.

Rosio was a perfect example of customer service. She warmly welcomed us and explained options for my needs. She gave me some time to look around while she kindly helped other guests and she continuously checked in on me every few minutes. When I finally decided on a few options, we sat down at a table as I made my final decision. I really appreciated her helping me make my decision on my frame; she suggested the frame that brought more character out of me and I really loved that! She seamlessly walked me through my EyeMed insurance and my options for lenses. I appreciated her going above and beyond to activate the transitional lenses to let me see what it might look like...read full review

I’ve been coming here for years for my eye exams. Always a good experience. The staff is helpful and kind. The doctor is knowledgeable and professional. They take insurance but if you don’t have insurance it is only 75 dollars for the basic exam with a prescription
