How do I begin? First, I arrived home from vacation and my 87-year-old mother had hired Jonathan construction to put a single 48 inch vanity in her bathroom. She was so proud of herself for doing it on her own. Little did she know she could've had it done for less than a quarter of the cost that Jonathan construction was quoting which was $9000. Again for one vanity installation. I went to my moms the following morning to look at the estimate. Much to my surprise she had already given them $2500. Initial installment of 925 and three days later another $1500. And all this was not a single shred of work done. Needless to say I panicked. The first thing I did was start to look up the company on yelp and then in the contractors licensing board. I found good and bad reviews on yelp. And one dispute in progress on the Contractors Licensing site. I then looked up the address which is a mailbox place. I Google earthed it and called and spoke to them to verify their address. It is indeed a mailbox business. I begin conversations with Jonathan construction. I told the sales person what I had found out about their location and expressed the fact that I thought $9000 was indeed outrages to charge for at the installation of one vanity. He kept explaining that building was behind the address they state as their own. They sent down big alarms to me. He even sent me pictures. Finally I got my husband on the phone who is a contractor is well. I merge the calls and had my husband talk to hi

We had a superb service and experience with Jonathan Construction.The manager took the time to sit with us and explained all the different options and ways to optimize the space.The guys did a great job and worked really hard!I would highly recommend to use them again for another project.
