Working with Hydrex for my pest control needs has been seamless. Millie has been so perfect & professional, and she's always willing to work around my schedule when setting up service. Communication is top notch. Coming in with prices lower than their competitors is a plus too. I especially appreciate their knowledgeable tech Jorge. He's a true legend and gentleman. He explained pests & the company's procedures in a way that made my family and I feel comfortable about the work that he was doing. Would definitely use them again if needed.
I had a flea problem in my apartment and Millie explained how everything worked. She answered my questions and I scheduled an appointment. Omar came a few days later and he was wonderful. He did a good job and I recommend these people tremendously.
I suspected I had termites, sent out a message on Yelp, and got a quick response from hundred termite & pest control. They quickly sent an expert for free who was able to explain everything and answer all of my questions. They even showed up within the time frame, and called ahead of time to remind me of our appointment.
