I just want to say thank you to the funeral director who helped us out today. I think she said her name was Lexi. I came afterhours with my friend who recently lost her husband and we rang the doorbell, but we could the business was closed. Lexi was leaving in her car but she saw us and got out and asked if she could help. Even tho she was off work, she still helped us. And took the photo and payment that we were tyring to bring. She was so nice and didn’t make us feel rushed. My friend and I are so appreciative. It meant a lot that she cared enough to stop when we saw other cars leave. Thank you to the girl with the short red hair.
This place made our loss less painful and we were very grateful with all staff specially Andres he was so nice the entire time and made sure to answered all our questions and guide us through the whole process

She filed for and obtained the Death Certificates, took care of all details for burial. I gave her the documents she needed, chose Riverside National, and Leslie walked it all through the VA.
