This place made our loss less painful and we were very grateful with all staff specially Andres he was so nice the entire time and made sure to answered all our questions and guide us through the whole process
My husband passed away at UCLA and we wanted a military burial. I tried to research the VA for two days. I was so frustrated. He was a WWII Marine and did not have the usual document since it was created in the 1950's, and my husband was honorably discharged in 1946. I didn't know what to do. As God would have it. Leslie Saldivar of Gates Kingsley Gates took care of everything. She looks very young, but has been working in funeral homes for 15 years. She filed for and obtained the Death Certificates, took care of all details for burial. I gave her the documents she needed, chose Riverside National, and Leslie walked it all through the VA. The Gates Kingsley Gates team (Leslie and Ben) were excellent. My mother was transferred from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and the coordination between the two Dignity Network Mortuaries was seamless, professional, and compassionate. Leslie's assistance was a blessing and everything we needed during a very difficult time. My family and I appreciate the team's patience, diligence, and care as we worked to fulfill my mother's final wishes.
