Scott did a really great job (all by himself). He had a big task of cleaning my entire apartment's dirty carpet. It had been a long time between services, and the before and after pictures were quite dramatic. The carpets were definitely a lot cleaner. Scott was very kind and held true to his original quote despite my carpets needing extra attention and time.

We had a boutique with light grey carpet on the floor, it got got pretty dirty with all the traffic, Scott managed to get it looking like new every time. He's an honest nice guy, very knowledgeable about his trade.

We needed a small, very small amount of carpet: 9'x13'. not an amount that's gonna meet anyone's sales goals. But, Scott was so helpful and treated me like i was his best customer. He was genuinely concerned about my needs and spent a lot of time helping me out. I couldn't recommend a better carpet & flooring company than Drake's. Thanks again, Scott!
