“Came for an emergency visit while having issues with my wisdom teeth.

Management staff: The staff was SUPER helpful and proactive in scheduling me, getting a cost estimate for my treatment, and answering all of my questions. They’re super friendly and make this a truly unique experience.

Doctors: Frankly, both Dr. Rafiee’s and DT. Talaie’s consultations are very rushed. It’s hard to get all of your questions answered even if you either come prepared with a list and are quick to think on your feet as they speak. They also aren’t great at proactively giving information, like how to clean your wisdom tooth extraction sites with the syringe (they just handed it to me, didn’t say when to start or how to do it) or what treatment to relieve the bad symptoms between the emergency consultation and surgery (even after I asked twice). If you’re not good about proactively thinking of questions, you’ll end up very confused or with unpleasant surprises because of the poor communication from the doctors.

However, the actual hands on work they did was phenomenal. I removed all wisdom teeth and it was a very painless experience, outside of the soreness from healing in the 3 days post op. Everything healed very well. Dr. Rafiee was very responsive over text too, which is great.

Amenities: their office is very clean, well kept up, and has state of the art everything. The tools they use are worth every penny.

Overall, I highly recommend given the high quality work, tech used and its impact on improving care, and the amazing staff. The doctors definitely need to work on providing all the information patients need and not rushing patients out without providing proper answers and at least SOME room for them to ask questions. But again, still a positive experience and I will be visiting them again as needed.“

“In a world where emergencies can strike at the most inconvenient times, it is truly remarkable to encounter a healthcare professional who prioritizes patient care above all else. Dr. Warren Kaufman exemplifies this dedication through his extraordinary commitment to his patients, as demonstrated by his willingness to open his dental office on Thanksgiving Day to perform an emergency root canal for me. This review aims to highlight not only the exceptional service I received but also the profound impact of Dr. Kaufman's actions on my experience during a time of need. The Emergency Situation: On Thanksgiving morning, I found myself in excruciating pain due to a dental issue that had escalated overnight. The discomfort was unbearable, and I knew that I needed immediate attention. I was desperate for help. I knew that Dr. Kaufman's office was closed, but the thought of enduring the pain until the following week was daunting. While I also did not want to disturb anyone on Thanksgiving, I decided to reach out through the emergency line anyway. Dr. Kaufman's Remarkable Response: Upon contacting Dr. Kaufman's emergency line, I heard back from Matt right away, asking what is going on. I explained the situation and he informed me that he is out of town as well, but would reach out to his father to see if he could assist. Once Dr. Warren Kaufman contacted me, I was met with an unexpected warmth and understanding right away. Dr. Kaufmann informed me that he would see me right away, on Thanksgiving Day--a testament to his compassion and dedication to patient care. I was in tears! When I arrived at the office, I was greeted not only by a friendly face but also by an atmosphere of professionalism and calmness that immediately put me at ease despite my distressing situation. Dr. Kaufman himself welcomed me with genuine concern and empathy, taking the time to listen to my symptoms before proceeding with any treatment. The Procedure: After taking X-Rays, Dr. Kaufman explained the root canal procedure in detail, ensuring that I understood each step while alleviating any fears I had about the process. His expertise was evident as he skillfully performed the procedure with precision and care. Throughout the treatment, he continuously checked in on my comfort level, demonstrating not just technical proficiency but also an admirable bedside manner. Thanks to Dr. Kaufman's meticulous approach and reassuring presence, what could have been a traumatic experience turned into one of relief and utmost gratitude. The pain subsided almost immediately after the procedure was completed, allowing me to be at ease, without discomfort. Conclusion: Dr. Warren Kaufman is more than just a dentist; he is a true HERO in every sense of the word. His willingness to sacrifice his holiday for the sake of his patients speaks volumes about his character and commitment to healthcare excellence. For anyone seeking dental care--especially in emergencies--I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kaufman without reservation. His actions reinforced my belief in compassionate healthcare providers who go above and beyond for their patients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!“
