William, Kristin, and Victoria were so wonderful and very sweet. William was super reassuring and very easy to communicate with about our fur baby’s needs. They are very affordable compared to other places around LA and didn’t nickel and dime us when we were there. Highly recommend!
Terrific place, very clean facilities, pleasant & friendly staff. They are verified family-owned (no private equity like Modern Animal owned by Theil), so the prices are old-school fair, no delayed diagnoses and nickel & diming going in here. Vet techs & doctors very knowledgeable and helpful.
Brought my Cavalier in because he seemed a bit off (may have been me overthinking it 😅). The staff were very kind and reassuring, and it gave me peace of mind knowing everything was okay. Parking was easy, they seemed well-staffed, and I appreciated the free dog poop bags and canisters. I’d definitely come back if needed.
