While the plumbing was fixed within a few days, we had difficulty getting the larger companies to take on work to fix our holes in the bathroom, ceiling and wall. The work required included mold remediation, and reworking of drywalls, baseboards and painting. New Cali was able to do this smaller project, refer us to a reputable mold testing company, and work around our schedule to get the walls fully repaired and painted. A lot of groups would not take on a smaller project like this one. We appreciate that they would do this work for us. They had previously done repairs to our place when we moved in.“
