My wife and I have been going to Dr. Takahashi for over 10 years. We both saw him for back issues and I also had issues with my right arm which I couldn’t lift over my head. After 6 months I had full movement of my right arm. This included being able to lift my arm over my head and able to grasp my other arm behind my back. I was unable to do these movements for many years before I saw Dr. Takahashi. I continue to go once a week and my wife every other week to maintain our flexibility and overall health. We are both in our 70’s and we both highly recommend Dr. T if you have any trouble in any area of your body.
