Brought my cat to be seen by their cardiologist. They have a comforting waiting room with coffee and tea available.
Everything went smoothly and the doctor answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
While taking my loved one ? (Greñas) there and having to make the toughest decision of my life. They were HONEST, kind hearted, empathetic and respectful. They were also very professional and assisted me with everything that was needed with making the situation as bearable as possible. This will be a bitter sweet place but it will always be a place I'll keep in mind if any of my other babies need an emergency pet hospital. 1st choice no regrets
This review is specifically for Dr. Li Lange and the great care she took with our dog Denver who came in with a foreign body (likely foxtail) which entered the area under his eye. He was in a great deal of pain and discomfort due to swelling which Dr. Lange took care to immediately address. She then walked us through all of our options, including ways we could treat conservatively cost wise and still hopefully expect a great outcome. She performed a drainage surgical procedure which went well and provided medication for his recovery. She was also very flexible in scheduling his follow-up appointments.
