“Frank was recommended to me by my granddaughter after he did a gorgeous sunflower on her upper arm. I loved all the detail in his work so I decided to give him a call. From the moment I met Frank he was so friendly. We talked for quite awhile about what I wanted before he printed the picture and started drawing. He's not heavy handed at all so that was nice.
