To: LNL Construction C/O Jeremy Lafazio 1495 Macken Avenue Crescent City, CA 95531 Jeremy, my wife and I wanted to personally thank you for making our dream home come true! It was one of the best decisions we ever made to hire you and L&L to build our home. You took handwritten drawings that I made and turned them into reality of our dream forever home! Your crew and yourself from start to finish where always professional, courteous, respectful and took all of our thoughts into consideration. Not once did I feel like you did not have our best interest at heart. We felt your number one goal through the whole process was to make us happy. The end result was more than we could ask for! I've heard horror stories of having homes built. But you and your crew made it a very joyful experience that I would not hesitate to do again with your company! The detail to the finishing touches were outstanding! We are so thankful to you and your crew for making our Dream Come true! I would not hesitate to refer you to anyone for any projects. Thank you again! John + Emma Vadnais
LNL was a pleasure to work with on our construction projects. They are quick to respond, offer design advice, submit a detailed estimate, and complete the work in a timely professional manner. We could tell they take great pride in their work and the quality is top notch. We needed a raised hearth and stone wall installed for our new wood burning stove. They offered a creative design that came out beautiful and efficient. They also converted the remaining old exterior structure that was for a gas fireplace into a firewood storage. We worked with them on the next projects to add raised decks in the back and front of our house. They offered material choices for low maintenance and cost. Part of the deck was to be covered by extending the roof line and adding a privacy wall. It came out great and looks like part of the house, not an add on. We had them add electrical outlets, fixtures, and a ceiling fan. Everything looks great. The front deck we needed to extend off of the existing mudroom. Again the extended roof looks like part of the original house structure complete with a door and window. Both decks extended our living space and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend LNL for all construction and design needs. They do excellent quality work.
