We started going to Four Paws after Town and Country both in Brookings and Gold Beach refused to help our dog! So glad we changed, four paws actually is compassionate about the care of your animals and treats the owners with the upmost respect! They are our go to any time our dogs need to see the vet! I can wholeheartedly recommend them with out question!

Ladies standing outside refused us at the door during the pandemic (2021) when my mother’s dog (a regular patient on heart medication) was suffering a cardiac emergency. Took her to All Creatures down the road and she was admitted right away.

Yes, like any orginization they have their share of positives and faults. The front desk staff (Dee in particular) can be very busy to a level of a controlled chaos. I note that a few times in the past my dog was very sick and needed help, somehow they squeezed me in the same day. The technical staff seem to be professional, however, I have occasionally experienced apparent lack of common sense and inconsistent laboratory sampling methods. The modern veterinarian profession? The Veterinarian (Mark) is the crown jewel of the office, which strikes me as an old fashioned doctor.
