I was/am so impressed with their customer service rep Jacob. I called multiple times to make changes to my order, to ask for an update on the order (they have a web page that you can visit that will populate with info over time but nothing beats talking to a person), to ask for advice on how I would best install once it arrives, refunds due to the modifications of the order, or just how the loading and off-loading will go once delivered. Jacob was on it, the guy is a true professional and will help with all the changes, questions you have. Good people help make small businesses big businesses and Jacob is one of those good people who will likely prove to be such a catalyust.
