I worked with Mike to setup a split unit a/c system a couple of months ago and he did a great job. He was very communicative and explained my options very thoroughly before the actual install. 6 months later and the unit is still working as expected. I also had a heating issue with my existing a/c unit and Juan was the technician sent out to help. It turns out the original wiring was done incorrectly but Juan patiently worked through the issue and made sure that the we got the heat back up and running. It was a lot of work but he was dedicated to make sure we were comfortable in our home.

Service requested was a 10 plus for Juan Moreno. he came out to check my A.C i asked couple of questions he was very helpful and respectful .He gave me the quotes he gave me a minute to make a decision even tho it was super hot he didnt pressure me to make a decision. He did his job double checked his work and explain to me how to manage my A.C .I can tell you ive never been satisfied with someone like him to come to my house.Awesome job and thank you sooo much

Our AC was completely out of commission during the hottest weekend. I contacted Home Runners Heating, and they responded promptly, sending someone over the next day. Juan arrived on time, and he was both professional and friendly. He fixed our AC unit within an hour. We'll definitely use their services again and will specifically request Juan!
