“I was referred to Alex through another service and they dealt with Alex directly regarding the estimation process. That said, I don't know if the quote was so favorable because of their relationship, but the quote was highly competitive among 2-3 bids. I did correspond with Alex via text for the coordination and implementation process, which was fairly seamless. Alex and his crew came on a weekend and removed two large tree stumps and two plants within two hours for $650. Although they arrived 30mins after his initial arrival window, Alex did inform me when they were en route and their expected ETA. They arrived 10mins after the expected ETA, which is an acceptable grace period. Overall, they were respectful and performed the work well and were fairly unnoticeably. Once they were done, we paid through Zelle and received a digital invoice via text by the end of the day.All in all, I have no qualms about Alex and his crew, their work, or our experience. I'd definitely consider him again in the future should any future trees require removal.
