If you're looking for an online workout that is just like you're in the gym with a trainer, then Debbie and The Right Fit are for you. I have been a client of Debbie's for more than 10 years. When quarantine restrictions kept us away from the gym, Debbie made the transition to online classes. Just like in person classes, she demonstrates exercises, checks and corrects form and challenges us. If you need modifications due to equipment limitations at home or a pre-existing injury, she will have a modification to meet your needs and keep you moving. She gives very personalized attention to each client's fitness level. By all accounts, the pandemic isn't ending soon, but your fitness and health need attention now. Give her online bootcamps a try.
I have been a member of this gym for almost two years and this year, even with Covid, has been my most successful. They started online bootcamp classes and i decided to step out of my comfort zone to try them. I began in April and I now complete 3 classes online per week and have lost a total of 19 pounds since February. I'm stronger and leaner and am grateful for it. I used to be scare to do bootcamp classes because I thought I wouldn't be able to keep up or some moves would be too hard but not the case. You Charlie he yourself with e dry workout and feel accomplished. You can do these workouts online live or get a recorded version to do on your own time, which works best for me. I plan to continue my workouts online and hope to continue gaining great results.
Since Covid, I just don't feel comfortable going back to the gym & being around all those people. Through a family member I heard of The Right Fit & the online classes they offered. They offer great tips & guide you through the exercises. I've lost 30lbs & all from home along with the healthy diet plans! Check them out as they offer so much more.
