Joey was amazing. He came out in the pouring rain and had my heat working within less then 5 mins. I will be referring him to anyone that has a HVAC issue. I live in a 55 and older community and contactors are constantly trying to take advantage, not Joey he was quick, friendly and honest and reasonably priced. I would give him 10 stars. **********

During the peak of the heat, a few weeks ago, I ran into several issues with my air-conditioning unit. Being a renter, I had to wait on approval for a vendor and for repair cost one problem was fixed and a new problem started. One vendor refused to come out, another vendor came out, completely, dismissed the problem, and never attempted to order parts I had been without AC for a week and cannot be without climate control due to medical conditions. Desperately, I reached back out to property management and told them that I had been given a contact for another vendor. Enter Joe! I called Joe and explained the issues I was having with the AC. He listened and explained what he thought. Could be the problem and told me that he could be at the house within an hour. He was actually waiting for me to get home from work, and was very patient. He quickly and efficiently diagnose the problem (which was a confirmation of what he told me over the phone initially). He performed work right away, including checking airflow inside the house to make sure the rest of the system is working. When he said I may need a new fan motor I was in despair, considering the last place told me they had to find the model number and would have to order one. when asked how long it would take Joe told me he had one on the truck outside and it was brand new. He diagnose the problem, offered solutions and perform the work, and have my AC up and running in just under one hour! His rates were reasonable, and he was very transparent. He was professional and courteous and friendly. It was evident that he was a professional and had been doing this for quite some time as I watched him diagnose and make repairs. If you need AC service, I highly recommend you give them a call!!

My motor blower went out and I needed helpTrouble shooting it and installing. He did a great job at walking me through the process. Very helpful and without his insight I could not have fixed it. Thank you for your support.
