I called this salon at the very last minute to correct a terrible mess another salon had left on my head earlier in the day. It was near closing time, but Irene told me to come right in. As soon as I arrived she assessed the hideous orange damage left by the previous salon. She went straight to work, working quickly, but still taking great pains to ensure even color distribution.I expected an extremely high bill once my hair had been restored to its blonde color, but it was much less than I am usually charged for lesser service.If you are looking for a new stylist, I would absolutely recommend Irene at Imara. Imara ensures her suite is clean while also assisting one guest at the time. She is very professional and has coffee onsite! I have been visiting her for many years now and highly recommend her services.

Imara Hair Salon was a referral a few years ago. In over 40 years of having my hair cut by various stylists I never knew it was possible to get such an amazing cut until I sat in Irene's chair at Imara's. Trust me. I've walked out of many a salon looking like a crazy person because self-proclaimed professional stylists told me they had experience working with bi-racial hair. Irene has never let me down. She's a hair scientist - not just a pro.
