“American West installed a new insulated roof and earthquake bracing for me on my Mother's home. They were very polite, well organized and efficient. My Mother said the roof has made the home much quieter than before. She hasn't had an earthquake yet so we don't know how well they'll work, but I'm sure, being Southern California, we'll have one soon enough. I know I feel better knowing she's protected now. The rates were very competitive but more importantly, the work was done well and the end result was amazing. They quoted me 7 days for my 1.5 bathroom project and they finishes exactly on time, they cleaned up every day, and I can call then any time if there are any problems. “I had a couple of technicians come out to replace a faucet and they were looking for the general switch to turn off all the water for the whole rental property home. They looked briefly and couldn’t find it. They didn’t complete the job and asked me to reschedule the appointment. I stayed called the extension they gave me for Ms. Crawford for two days and it always went to voicemail. I sent out an email and a few voicemails and finally received a response. The next technician that came in Wade was great and experienced. He found where to turn off the water and started his work right away. He did replace the hot and cold valves also because they were frozen shut. Wade did an excellent job replacing the faucet and valves and did his job quickly.“

“Edwin Reyes is very professional, well mannered, and clean. He provided a written estimate and a written invoice. The work he did in my house looks beautiful. So far he has rebuilt and painted 2 walls that were damaged during demo that others did. He put together and installed 2 bathroom base cabinets and baseboards that look great. He installed an air conditioner in a sliding window. I am very pleased with the work Edwin has done and I have more for him to do.“
