The telemedicine visits are seamless and easy. I'm very pleased to have that option. Also, follow-up after my labs is very good as well. I receive timely and efficient communication from my provider, Rebecca Ogembo.
Great clinic. I'm giving 5 stars because I like everyone here, not because my experience was perfect.
But for constructive feedback- I asked for tests and two were missed. I went back for the last two, and only got one back. I did show up 5 times (driving home after each visit) on two separate days trying to get the final test that no one told me I couldn't get until after several sit downs and finally going back to the line to check in, I get a call saying that the test was unwarranted. Very good medical care. I have been a patient for 20 years and have always received the best treatment from nurses and receptionists, as well as excellent medical care and solutions to all my health problems. I recommend it to my family and friends.
