Dr. Crawford is so gentle. This is the reason I have been going to him for over 25 years. I have referred family and friends and they all have stayed with him and are completely satisfied with his services. I no longer have any fear going to the dentist. I highly recommend Covina Hills Dental!

I never thought I would feel compelled to write a glowing review following a trip to the dentist, but here we are. Like most people, I typically dread my semi-annual visit to the dentist's office. However after my first visit with Dr. Crawford yesterday, I am happy to say that I will no longer need to be dragged kicking and screaming when the time comes for my next dental appointment! The office staff was kind and helpful during the scheduling process and Dr. Crawford was the kindest, gentlest, and most helpful dentist I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient for. Dr. Crawford went through each x-ray with me and explained, in layman's terms, exactly what each image showed as well as the indications and options associated with the findings. Dr. Crawford made me feel comfortable asking questions and provided thoughtful, thorough answers to each of them. It was obvious from the second that I set foot in the lobby that everyone at this office genuinely likes working with one another and, more importantly, they enjoy working with their patients. If you are looking for an excellent dentist with an incredibly helpful team, look no further.

This office offers top notch care every time I have been here. The staffers are very friendly and the Doctors take extremely good care of you. They explain what needs to be done and they are patient with you. I write this review because of my experience today. I called in, Ms. Rachel answered, told her cant sleep tooth and pain. She says can you be here in an hour? I show up... Dr Bill says ya need a root canal however I am booked, my partner can do it now. Dr Dave performed the root canal. Of course, me, not a routine root canal. Dr Dave took very good care to keep me comfortable and my tooth painless. Great big atta boy doc. I should add that their Dental hygienists over the past twenty plus have been outstanding. No complaints here. They really deserve this good review I hope you experience them the same way.
