Josh replaced my Spanish tile and flat roof recently. I like how he was professional and clear with the scope of work, pricing, and possible additional cost of materials. He's crew were punctual, started work on time and more or less finished in time. There were minor damages and debris from the repair since I have a very old house and Josh was very responsible with repairs in addition to the roof. Josh is also very easy to communicate with and reply to text and phone calls very promptly. Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend him.

Joshua was referred by an old neighbor of mine. I noticed water spot on my upstairs ceiling and contacted him right now, he was so quick to respond and was able to come by the next day to evaluate the problem. Him and team started the very next day and finished just in time before the rain came. His price was very reasonable. I will definitely be referring him to friends and family.
