We've been in need of service for our Kenmore Central Air Unit for about a year now. It was clear that it was not pumping out cold air and last week was the beginning of near triple digit temperatures in Azusa where we live. I used Yelp to find five star businesses nearby and I tried 3 of them and he was the first and only one to actually answer during the hours they said they were available. He said that he'd take a look for free (and he did) and he found multiple issues that needed fixing. Over two days he fixed both problems, serviced the unit and gave us extremely fair prices for the hard work he provided. He even gave us tips on what to do for the flat part of our roof that doesn't have insulation and we're gonna take his advice to help our temperature inside that part of the house. Thank you so much and my family and I recommend you highly! We will DEFINITELY use you again in the future!

My AC broke on one of the hotter day and its not even summer yet! I have a dog who loves peeing on my AC unit. (If you have a dog, make sure your unit is protect from your dog pee unless you want to shell out a good 5 grand every few year!) I, of course shopped around, got quotes from 10 different AC repair company come to my house and give me a quote and almost went with another company before Allstar came! Dubuni came to my house and fixed my AC on the same day. I couldn't be happier with his service. He definitely has a very honest personality and won't charge very much for labor, also not to mention he didn't mark up the AC unit for me. He showed me the market prices for the unit and I couldn't be happier with his honesty. I'm definitely going to give him more business in the future. My AC is as cold as a freezer now...as I write this review. I highly recommend getting a quote and having Allstar Custom Builders take a look at your AC, at least you know you won't be getting ripped off. Side note, I also learned that he's an engineer and he's been in the business for over 20 years. He really knows his ACs with a very friendly attitude as well, definitely a people's person. Make sure you give him try!
