“Friendly and professional from start to finish, best price out of many bids. Needed an AC and put in an online request in the evening and got a call from Eric shortly after. He scheduled me for an on site estimate at my soonest availability. When Eric came out he was friendly and professional. Took pics and crawled under the house but was unable to find wiring our original contractor said he did, so he gave a second estimate for if the wire couldn't be found while doing the job (unbelievably reasonable price given electrical bids we've had in the past.) Eric explained a heat pump would be better and the same price and was clearly knowledgeable while explaining things in layman's terms. Eric was able to schedule me for 2 days later despite it being the start of summer. Eric called me up the day before we were scheduled to install to let me know that upon looking at the pictures, slightly more may need to be done but he was more than happy to honor the original estimate. Day of install, Aaron and Ty came out and were just as friendly and professional as Eric. The work was completed same day and Aaron walked me through everything at the end. He even offered to stay and help me set up the WiFi on the thermostat. The final bill matched the estimate to the dollar (the lower one, they were indeed able to find the existing wiring.) Would absolutely use next day air and heating again.“

“Our 5-year-old water heater suddenly started leaking water from the pressure relief valve at the top of the tank. I called Jim Curoso, and they sent Ramon out - squeezed me in at the end of the day. Ramon took about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem as being a failed pressure regulator at the water main, and our water pressure was way too high (over 100 psi - it should be below 80 psi). It took him a couple of hours to replace the ball valve at the water main, the pressure regulator, and install an expansion tank on the water tank itself. I was very impressed with all the communication between the office, Ramon, and me, and they did a great job!“

Additionally he was cheaper and hooray for that. While he was here doing a great job we happened to talk about my hot water heater, it was 22 years old. I asked for a quote to do it as well and his price was reasonable. He updated the straps and added a pressure relief tank too. There was no pressure or upselling at all, I just figured it was time, better to put in a new one than call a plumber at 4:00 AM on a Sunday (when it surely would have chosen to blow).
