Thank you to Santa Rosa Plumbing and their employees Pablo and Nick. They replaced our Hot Water Heater efficiently and it only took 15 minutes! They made sure that all fittings are up to date and working properly. The pricing was competitive. Steve is professional and willing to work with and for you. I highly recommend this company and their team of experts.Thank you, Santa Rosa Plumbing for a wonderful and positive experience! Jerry and Tina Post.
I've always had a great experience here. I mail out just about once a week and I prefer this location over closer locations to me. The employees are all great. I watch them have to deal with dumb costumers every time I'm in there. I'd imagine almost everyone who has left a bad review of this spot is a mouth breather asking for more than the services offered.
I've been a resident of Rohnert Park for almost 30 years and have always gone to the RP post office. The RP post office has nice people but they always seem a little disorganized. They really messed up on a package delivery, and when they tried to explain why, two different employees explained two different ways (neither of them made sense). In any case, it was bad enough that I decided never to go to that branch again. And I won't. BUT..... ending up at the Cotati USPS was the best thing that could have happened. The two people behind the counter were able to explain (simply and clearly) exactly what had happened and sent my package on its way. They were helpful, informative, and exactly opposite of the experience at RP. Further, another customer being helped after me said she had had the same experience with RP and now only came to the Cotati Branch. Seriously... why did it take so long to make the switch. The Cotati Branch is awesome!
