The actual facility is laid out well and very clean. They have a variety of different washers and even have an industrial machine I can fit all of my blankets in. The star is taken off for rude entitled customers who claim laundry carts when there's only 3 for the whole facility. I understand not wanting to clutter the space with excessive carts, but it's very inconvenient trying to do laundry here when there aren't any carts available. Rude people manage to ruin everything.

Clean laundromat conveniently located in the plaza with Oliver's in Cotati. The washers are reasonably priced. I like to use the mega washers when I need to wash my sleeping bags. I think I paid $9.75 for a washer that fits 6 loads ($7.50 for a big washer that fits 4 loads). I really like that you can pay with your credit rather than having to lug around quarters.

First time this morning trying it - the phone number given "is disconnected or not in service" so that's a bust there ! I used the $6.95 load washer with my card and the charge is for $15.00!!! ??? otherwise clean - no "bathroom" facilities - dryer was fine.
