“I came in while on vacation in Santa Rosa. Back home I go to the same nail salon religiously but desperately needed my nails done. I spent an hour looking for the “perfect” spot because I am so picky about the filing and quality of gel as well as the experience. The new owner is Amazing! Please if you were expecting the old owner give her a chance because it was def. 5 star. I get ingrown easily as well and I also expect a quality massage and it couldn’t have gone better. This is a family ran business so please support her and refer people if you have the same experience I did!“

“Of all the many nail salons I have tried from Marin through Petaluma and Rohnert Park, this is the BEST. Friendly, accommodating, incredible attention to detail, go out of their way to meet your needs. When I go to Good Looks Spa, I feel relaxed and comfortable. They are efficient but not rushing you through.

“I tried D’ Best Nail Spa after having
negative experiences with two nail places in Sebastopol and am so happy I did! I finally found a place that knows how to pamper! D’ Best was recommended to me after I had mentioned how rudely I was treated at the place on Main St. (rhyming with “fella”). The guy got visibly irritated when I didn't put my hand in the dryer while he did my other hand. Oops! I was surprised that this place was a bummer because I had already had a bad experience at the place by Luckys, who rushed me out when their friends came in. Neither of these other places were looking for a new regular customer. And to be fair, the actual pedicures and manicure I got weren't bad.

In comparison though, D’ Best was by far the best! Excellent basic pedicure. I didn't get any of their upgrades but I’d like to get the paraffin wax next time. They do great nails based on the acrylic nails and gel toes I saw while there and I love min! But… the highlight was the woman who helped me was nice to me! Bonus! It’s hard to feel good about treating yourself to some extra self care when your esthetician is annoyed with you and basically acting like they’s rather be anywhere else. Which I can understand and sympathize but as a customer, I shouldn't have to pay to feel their pain.
