I'm really surprised I haven't done a review for Sassee yet. I've been going here to see Tara for many years now. I go here specifically for Tara, she's amazing and does a great job dying my ginger hair any color I want from brown to pink. If you don't know dying or bleaching red hair can be a real nightmare and I've had many stylists mess it up or charge me hundreds for no change at all. Tara always gets my hair the exact color and style I ask for and is always honest with me about the process. The salon is quite lovely. Has a very boutique vibe. They have a little snack, bar and drink bar for everyone. Everyone who rents a spot or works there seems very friendly and professional. There's usually always parking right in front or across the street. It is downtown Cotati, though, so depending on events, the parking can be a little rough, but I've never had an issue.
Recently got new ducting, heating and AC by Wolf and they were great to work with. I got three quotes and each company seemed fine but so happy we went with Wolf. They took the time (a lot of time) to help me understand the options for our house so we could get what made the most sense and feel confident about a pricey home upgrade. They did the quote quickly, followed up with my questions, and when we were ready for them to install everything they did it within the time frame they had estimated. They also were just a great team to work with, you can tell they know what they are doing and have been working together for awhile. I would highly recommend them and feel confident I can call them if I ever have any questions about our new dual fuel system. Super professional and easy going team. What a lovely farm and beautiful flowers!! I met Amy by accident since I found myself needing flowers less than an hour before most florists closed. Heritage Farms was closest to my hotel. By the time I figured out where to go it was 8 minutes until they closed. I called and Amy graciously agree to wait for me and make me 2 amazingly beautiful bouquets that I needed for a parade the next morning. She hooked me up with everything I needed since I had no materials with me to save my own hide. To my delight I found out she farms regeneratively. Talk about super great fortune to find someone who I can support and is working to make her piece of the world better!! She is super knowledgeable and I love the heritage farm style of flower arrangements.

I am so pleased with Scott and his work at our house. We have seen less spiders, ants have not been a problem, and he helped us get rid of a flea infestation. We chose the yearly plan which was more affordable than other companies in the area. I would recommend them to anyone. Scott is friendly, knowledgeable, and a pro at his job. Love them!

It’s taken me 8 years to FINALLY post my review because I very rarely post. This is special though, I bought my hot tub from Spa Express 8 years ago and almost a year later I asked them to service my tub every other week. Derek and his team are outstanding. I am partially disabled and they have been really good to me. Making sure my tub is always running at its best, making sure the water is in good condition and balanced correctly as well as all components are in great working order. At my last service Taylor noticed a screw loose on my cover lifter and she made sure everything was tightened up and safe. Exactly the company I need in my life. They make suggestions to me that maybe it’s time to change the water, put in a new filter or any suggestions to make my life easier, which I appreciate very much. Derek answers every question I have and goes the additional steps if I’m not sure I understand. I truly trust them and with any mechanical issues Nate is wonderful. My relationship with Derek had to be built over the years, we had a couple of misunderstandings (they were on both of us) that we together worked at and worked on and man I’m glad I did. I have a lot of respect for businesses that can have an honest, open conversation that is mutually respectful and in the end feel like a win, win. After 8 years my tub is in really good shape considering how old it is and I would buy my next one from Spa Express. What are you waiting for, call them. You will not regret it! Had to call Jared about our trailer pop out not sliding out and he was so wonderful! He called me back at 9 in the morning to let me know he'd be at camp later in the day and was able to come by and fix the slide. He was super professional and we are so thankful he could come by so soon to fix our pop out. For any of the other campers here at Petaluma KOA with trailer issues give Jared a call he is the best!!!

I was very worried about going to someone else to do my hair. I met kiana and instantly trusted her. She was amazing and answered all of my questions about my hair dye. She helped me and she made me feel comfortable. Kiana made me feel seen and heard and listened to me and that is hard to come by these days!! I highly recommend going to her and i will go to her for years to come not only with my haircuts but with everything!!
These guys are great! I brought in old interior doors to have replaced with modern contemporary doors. Using the old doors as a template, they cut the hinges and door handles for all the doors... When I went ti install, they all installed perfectly. Yes, you can router your own hinges and drill your own blank door handles but... they turned these doors around in a few days and the extra cost (for cutting and drilling) saved my customer a in the long run... Less labor time for me and a fast install with precisely cut doors.
Herb and his crew did a great job on our roof replacement. All were very friendly and competent and got the full job done in 2.5 days. They left the place cleaner than it was before and we did not find a single roofing nail. We had quite some rain since the replacement last year and all is nice and dry. I recommend Herb 100% and would definitely hire him again.
My mini, Baguette, recently saw Dr. Emelie. She was so kind and patient with her. She examined her for a possible pregnancy with blood work and an ultrasound. While Baguette did not like the examination process, Dr. Emelie was sooo kind and patient with her. Having had the experience of other large animal veterinarians, I have found my new vet for Baguette and my other minis. Thank you so much Dr. Emelie!!

This was a very humble down to earth healing place to work. As a former massage therapist I was lucky to have been offered this place to offer truly good massage therapy to the locals in Cotati. I am not practicing massage at this time but when I do again I'd recommend this place as a non fluffy healing balanced place to receive one.
Just moved to the area. I gave him a call after a couple others either didn’t have availability short notice. He has been cutting hair over 30 years and took a look at the sample photo I provided, spent a generous amount of time talking through how I wanted it and then executed it somehow both carefully and quickly. It turned out great and if for some reason I felt I wanted an adjustment he said I could come back anytime within 5 days and he’d fix it free of charge. I don’t need to, but it’s a cool guarantee.

I always thought you needed heavy chemicals to handle the local ant population. Bio pest IPM uses all natural methods and it really worked well. My wife is no fan of ants and it has been on my to do list. A week and a half after they came there were no more ants. Scratch it off my list. Thank you guys again.Service: Ant extermination

This is a great company. I was tasked with getting quotes for some lighting work at my office. They sent over a guy who was professional, very efficient in not taking up too much time. Showed up when he said he would, made notes of the areas of concern both inside and outside the building. Delivered a quote within 36 hours. Unfortunately the person who makes the call went with someone else (that was not punctual, efficient or friendly). I feel that the work would have been done a lot sooner from the time it was quoted- to work actually done if we had gone with MB. I was also told that if there was an issue they would make it right. I do not get that from the person who ended up doing the work as they didn't even come in a work truck or have a business card. From the little banter back and forth during the quote they are a local business, been around for decades and do a lot of commercial work but have HOA's they service.

They have a lot of really great product lines and offer helpful information to ensure you can maintain your hair after leaving. I have been going to Mikell for years and she is an absolute god of color and super understanding of what exactly you are looking for.. she ensures your hair is healthy, fresh and beautiful..

A warm and welcoming environment filled with amazing stylists! I have been going to Nicholle for about 1 1/2 years now and can't say enough. She has worked with my stubborn grays, helped me find the perfect cut and adds just the right amount of highlights to add dimension to my hair.My husband is in the military, so with our frequent moves, finding a new hairstylist has become one of my most dreaded parts of moving. I stumbled upon Haven as soon as we arrived in the area and couldn't be happier. I instantly felt at home and consider these girls my extended family!
This "small" sized shirt was everything but small! Had to have alterations done by a certain date (sleeves, tapered, hemmed). The alterations made the shirt fit perfectly. Also met my schedule (was a bit worried but he pulled thru). I felt the cost was reasonable as it's pretty much a new shirt. I recommend for alterations!
Old school small town feel, Sue is a master at her craft and I received so many compliments on my beard after she styled and refined it.
The actual facility is laid out well and very clean. They have a variety of different washers and even have an industrial machine I can fit all of my blankets in. The star is taken off for rude entitled customers who claim laundry carts when there's only 3 for the whole facility. I understand not wanting to clutter the space with excessive carts, but it's very inconvenient trying to do laundry here when there aren't any carts available. Rude people manage to ruin everything.
After using another veterinary service for 25 years the business was sold and we were not thrilled with the new owner. We are so pleased with the relationship that we have established with the doctors at Cotati Small Animal. Extremely knowledgeable. They listen. The staff is fantastic. Kind and understanding. And the office vibe is awesome . So grateful we have them to care for Lola and Miss Kitty.
I cannot recommend this salon highly enough! They are friendly, efficient, and are so skilled at what they do. I am incredibly hard on my feet and require pedicures with callus removal every two weeks. They have amazing availability and handle the (incredibly gross) removal of my calluses professionally and painlessly. If you're looking for a salon to treat you right and make your hands and feet happy, this is your place!
