Mariel helped me and was a consummate professional as described by the Mirriam-Webster dictionary definition: "Extremely skilled and accomplished/of the highest degree/complete in every detail" I bought Cutler and Gross frames and had Vitra install my prescription lenses. Mariel didn't try to oversell and was very emotionally intelligent. My glasses are a great style and fit and I can feel the quality.

This place has a wonderful selection of frames. I have a small face and it's pretty hard to find a place that has a broad number of really nice frames that actually fit me correctly. My correction is very severe and I wear progressives, so not every shape will work for me. I was helped in the process by Mariel, who was professional, friendly and skilled. It was so sweet that she was just as excited as I was when we found just the right choice for me. The turnaround time to get the finished glasses was very good. I'll definitely come back here the next time I need new glasses.

I always used to walk past this place, back when Champagne Cafe was next-door, but I never entered the store before a few months back.I picked up a pair of Jacques Marie Mage sunglasses from an online store. I loved the style but they just didn't fit right. I took them to a few opticians but no one could adjust them quite right. That really bummed me out. These weren't cheap, and every time that I put them on, they hurt.I eventually brought them in to Vitra and Mariel fixed them right up! I can't express how thankful and relieved I was that I could finally wear these glasses for more than 30 minutes.
