I want to give an enthusiastic shout-out to both the staff and to Mr. Tom Salazar, in particular, owner and President of Specialized Surfaces, for the excellent service his staff provided, in repairing a section of wood flooring accidentally damaged by one of my movers, during a residential move we completed, recently, in Dana Point, CA. We have a 20 year old entry way to kitchen Brazilian Cherrywood floor that was looking awful. We thought we needed to replace but I found Specialized Surfaces and contacted them for an appt and Tom the owner was amazing and the crew he sent was incredible. I knew when I saw 3 men hand sanding our floor it would look great in the end which is what happened. Tom suggested to put a satin sheen on the floor instead of the original gloss coat. I didn't know how it would look but it turned out amazing and as Tom said, it will be so much easier to take care of and hides everything.
