If I could give zero stars I would. I called 4 times to start the pre-need process. Gave them 2 email addresses and never received anything. Each time I called they assured me that I would receive the forms. Once I gave up I called another local funeral home and completed the process the same day. Very disappointed with this company
After losing my mother, during this difficult time. Kathy was very helpful and went out of her way to work with me to make the arrangements for my mother. I highly recommend this company for your funeral needs
Words can not express my gratitude to Kathy for being so kind, understanding and supportive during such a difficult time. I will be forever grateful to her!! After our surprising situation I will definitely be meeting with her to arrange plans for my departing so that my loved ones will not be left to deal with it.
